BACKGROUND

We partnered with a leading Thai specialty coffee chain under the brand “Roots” to develop a customized loyalty application, enhancing brand position and rewarding loyal customers. Our approach included consumer surveys, requirement analysis, vendor selection, active project management, and team recruitment.

CHALLENGES

“Roots” recognized the need to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty through a dedicated loyalty application. However, they faced challenges in conceptualizing and executing this project effectively. With a strong customer base but evolving market trends, the company sought a solution that would resonate with their fan base while also strengthening their brand position.

WHAT WE DID

Working closely with Roots, ASAP Project embarked on a comprehensive approach to develop their loyalty application:

• Consumer Survey: Conducted extensive surveys and market research to understand consumer preferences, behaviors, and expectations regarding loyalty programs and mobile applications.

• Requirement Analysis and Design: Collaborated with the client to analyze survey results and define the features, functionalities, and design elements of the loyalty application, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and business objectives.

• Vendor Selection: Assisted the client in selecting the most suitable vendors to develop and implement the loyalty application, considering factors such as expertise, cost, and compatibility with the client's vision.

• Active Project Management: Provided ongoing project management support to oversee the development process, ensure timely delivery, and address any issues or challenges that arose during implementation, while offering continuous consultancy insights. Simultaneously, we were leading another project to integrate the loyalty application with the existing POS for seamless operation flows.

• Team Recruitment: Identified the job and role description and participated in the interviews to recruit additional team members of the client, to drive and support the successful execution of the project.

OUTCOMES

• Selected a vendor that can deliver high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring a seamless development process. • Successfully recruited and onboarded a skilled team to support the ongoing project • Leading a project with the selected vendor to develop a semi-customized loyalty application tailored to their brand identity and customer preferences, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. • Leading a project to integrate the loyalty application with existing POS.
