BACKGROUND

We assisted one of the largest Isuzu automotive dealers in Eastern Thailand in researching and implementing a Performance Management System (PMS). The system aimed to measure employee KPIs and competencies, link them to rewards and compensation, and facilitate promotions. Our role included selecting the vendor, supporting the implementation process, collaborating with the solution provider, and conducting training sessions to ensure smooth adoption.

CHALLENGES

Isuzu Eastern Thailand faced several challenges: • KPI Measurement: Accurately measuring employee KPIs and competencies required a robust and standardized system that complied with accepted HRD principles. • Linking Performance to Rewards: The PMS needed to seamlessly connect performance metrics with rewards, compensation, and promotion processes. • Smooth Adoption: Ensuring that employees and managers could easily adopt and utilize the new system required comprehensive training and support.
