BACKGROUND
We assisted ILS Co., Ltd., a large 3PL logistics company in Thailand, in selecting a new ERP system to replace their outdated accounting system. Through a comprehensive internal system assessment and efficient ERP vendor selection, we identified a solution that met all critical requirements and integrated with their TMS and WMS systems.
CHALLENGES
ILS faced operational inefficiencies due to their outdated accounting system, which lacked essential localized functionalities. The existing system did not support critical features such as landed cost management, dimensional cost analysis, exchange rate and multi-currency trading, nor did it integrate with their self-developed Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). ILS needed to select a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to address these gaps and enhance overall operational efficiency.
