NIVA International School, aiming to modernize their operations, sought assistance in selecting a central backend system to manage various administrative and academic functions, including CRM with parents and students, attendance, grades, subject registration, cafeteria and food costs, and tuition payments. Initially considering an ERP system, our thorough assessment expanded the scope to identify a more suitable solution.
