BACKGROUND
Tiffa EDI Co., Ltd., a leading software development company specializing in import and export businesses, sought to improve their project management and reporting capabilities. While they had been using Zoho products, the lack of standardization in Zoho Projects and the absence of meaningful dashboards in Zoho Analytics were hindering their efficiency and oversight.
