BACKGROUND
We partnered with What the Duck, a prominent music label in Thailand, to implement ClickUp, a project management tool aimed at streamlining their complex and manual processes. These processes included managing song releases, art and production, entertainment project sales, and overall project execution. Through in-depth interviews with team members, we tailored project structures and templates within ClickUp to align with their dynamic workflow.
CHALLENGES
What the Duck faced several challenges: • Dynamic Work Processes: Not all tasks could be effectively transferred to ClickUp due to the dynamic nature of their work. • User Adaptation: Team members were accustomed to using Line chat and personal Excel sheets for work, lacking collaboration and centralized project management. • Training Needs: Users had little experience with formal systems, requiring customized training and ongoing support.

Our strategic approach included the following steps:
• Internal Assessment: Conducted extensive interviews and assessments to understand What the Duck's existing processes and challenges.
• ClickUp Implementation and Training: Customized ClickUp to fit their specific needs, designing project structures and templates that mirrored their workflow. We provided comprehensive training sessions and created a user manual tailored to their requirements.
• Monitoring Period: Offered a one-month monitoring period post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that arose.
